As air traffic continues to grow across the United Arab Emirates, Dulsco Outsourcing is investing in training and artificial intelligence to meet the evolving needs of one of the country's fastest-growing industries. The company is on track to achieve an ambitious milestone: delivering 50,000 specialized training sessions in just three years.

The UAE's aviation sector continues to experience sustained growth, driven by the expansion of airlines, airports, and air cargo operations.

This rapid development has significantly increased demand for highly skilled personnel capable of supporting increasingly complex airport and aviation activities.

To address these needs, Dulsco Outsourcing now offers 36 certified training programs approved by the relevant authorities and industry partners, along with more than 100 training modules covering 85 operational roles across ground handling, cargo services, and airport operations.

In 2026, the company introduced four new programs focused on aviation fundamentals, emergency response, cargo packing services, and essential aviation safety principles, further expanding its training portfolio to meet emerging industry requirements.

Artificial Intelligence at the Core of Its Strategy

Beyond expanding its training offering, Dulsco Outsourcing is accelerating its digital transformation through a strategic partnership with UK-based Connected Safety Net to develop an AI-powered training management platform.

The platform will enable employers to monitor employees' training progress in real time, track mandatory certifications, renewal deadlines, and regulatory compliance requirements.

By centralizing training records, qualifications, and workforce competencies, the system will also recommend personalized learning pathways for each employee while simplifying the planning of mandatory training. The goal is to reduce administrative workload while improving operational efficiency across the aviation sector.

According to Anthony Mark, Managing Director of Dulsco Outsourcing, the challenges faced by the aviation industry in early 2026 reinforced the importance of investing in workforce skills and resilience.

"Approaching 50,000 training sessions in just three years, while expanding our portfolio and investing in innovative digital solutions, demonstrates our commitment to supporting our clients' evolving needs. Our goal is to help them build more capable, resilient, and future-ready teams," he said.

A Training Academy Supporting the Aviation Industry

Much of the training is delivered through the Dulsco Training Academy, located at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South. The academy provides specialized training for ground support equipment drivers through instructors certified by Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), making Dulsco the first outsourcing provider in the UAE to offer this type of certified program. It also trains aircraft loading agents and cargo handlers—roles that have become increasingly critical as passenger and cargo traffic continues to rise.
