Aster DM Healthcare launches its flagship digital health platform, myAster, in Saudi Arabia. This launch is part of Aster’s ambitious plans to expand its presence in the Kingdom and transform the healthcare experience for its residents.

With a strong track record as the first health and wellness app in the UAE and over 2 million downloads, myAster is set to redefine digital healthcare in Saudi Arabia. The app offers a wide range of services, including an online pharmacy, home delivery of prescriptions, appointment management, video consultations, and home healthcare services.

"The launch of myAster in Saudi Arabia is a milestone in our journey to bring integrated and accessible healthcare solutions to the Kingdom. With the introduction of myAster, we continue to lead the digital revolution, reaffirming our commitment to building a future-ready healthcare ecosystem that prioritizes convenience, accessibility, and innovation," said Alisha Moopen, Managing Director and CEO of Aster DM Healthcare.

As part of its launch at the prestigious LEAP 2025 event, myAster unveiled a groundbreaking feature: the integration of AI and AI-powered voice generation in collaboration with Google Cloud. This advanced capability introduces voice response, enabling users to describe their symptoms in their native dialect for personalized and culturally relevant interactions.

AI-based symptom analysis guides users to the most appropriate specialists or healthcare services within the Aster network. By overcoming language barriers and improving accessibility, this innovation highlights Aster's commitment to providing inclusive, patient-centered healthcare solutions in Saudi Arabia.

Designed to meet the diverse needs of users, myAster allows individuals to track their health vitals, access lab reports and medical records, and benefit from chronic disease management programs.

Aster DM Healthcare has committed to an investment of 1 billion SAR (250 million USD) in Saudi Arabia over the next 2-3 years, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to improving healthcare in the region. Additionally, Aster plans to open 30 medical centers to strengthen its integrated healthcare model and provide employment opportunities for approximately 4,900 people in the Kingdom over the next five years.
